About Me

Hi, I’m Kylie and I run Modest Fitness. I am an Apostolic Christian with a passion for healthy living. Most days you can find me trying a new recipe from scratch, finding any excuse to be in the sun, or spending time with my husband, Darien, and our daughter, Adaline. 

I set out to create a place where fitness and nutrition could be celebrated without compromising modesty or leaving God out of the equation. Thus, Modest Fitness was born.

I believe our bodies were fearfully and wonderfully made with the ability to heal and thrive with the right lifestyle choices. I believe our health is equal parts physical, mental and spiritual.

Over the past nine years I’ve worked with hundreds of women in the fields of nutrition, fitness and weight loss. I’ve received formal education in personal training, nutrition coaching, macro and weight loss coaching, trauma informed coaching and habit change coaching.

After experiencing the healing power of healthy living and Jesus Christ in my own life, Modest Fitness is my way of sharing it with others. I hope Modest Fitness can be a helpful resource to you!
